    There are any number of "resheader" rows that contain simple 
    name/value pairs.
    
    Each data row contains a name, and value. The row also contains a 
    type or mimetype. Type corresponds to a .NET class that support 
    text/value conversion through the TypeConverter architecture. 
    Classes that don't support this are serialized and stored with the 
    mimetype set.
    
    The mimetype is used for serialized objects, and tells the 
    ResXResourceReader how to depersist the object. This is currently not 
    extensible. For a given mimetype the value must be set accordingly:

    that the ResXResourceWriter will generate, however the reader can 
    read any of the formats listed below.

    <value>&lt;h2&gt;End User License Agreement&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") IS BETWEEN RACAD TECH, INC. (THE "COMPANY") AND THE PERSON WHO DOWNLOADS THE SOFTWARE WHICH ACCOMPANIES THIS AGREEMENT (THE "USER"). THIS AGREEMENT GIVES A USER THE RIGHT TO USE THE COMPANY'S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ("PRODUCTS") FROM ITS AGENTS PURSUANT TO A PURCHASE AGREEMENT, CONTRACT, SALES ORDER, INVOICE OR SIMILAR DOCUMENT ("PURCHASE CONTRACT"). THE COMPANY IS WILLING TO GRANT A USER THE RIGHT TO ACCESS AND USE THE COMPANY'S PRODUCTS ONLY IF THE USER ACCEPTS ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;BY CLICKING THE "I AGREE" BUTTON BELOW AND ACCESSING THE PRODUCTS, THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE USER HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTANDS IT, AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY IT. IF THE USER DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE USER SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE UTILIZE THE PRODUCTS BECAUSE NO LICENSE SHALL HAVE BEEN GRANTED THERETO.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"GoPrint2" shall refer to the applicable the COMPANY software including server-based software, End User Software, and any other software or documentation provided to the client by the COMPANY for the purposes of this Agreement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"Agreement" shall refer to this License Agreement in its written form.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"Client" shall refer to any client Licensed to use the COMPANY’s product or service.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"USER" shall refer to any customer of Clients utilizing the GoPrint2 software.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"USER Software" shall refer to any software or documentation installed or residing on the USER's premises or equipment. This includes print drivers and help files provided solely for the use with the GoPrint2 software.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"Process" shall mean to receive, decrypt, print, or store a PDF file through the GoPrint2 software.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. GRANT OF LICENSE. (a) The software is licensed to you, and not sold, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the COMPANY hereby grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license during the term of this Agreement to use the Software solely and exclusively for your internal use. (b) Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the GoPrint2 Software solely by way of permitting USERS to submit PDF files generated by the USER Software to be processed by the Server Software for Client's internal use. Client shall not transfer the PDF files generated by the USER Software to any third party or location other than to the licensed Client.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. DOWNLOADS. If USER desires to obtain the GoPrint2 software electronically by way of a download, USER will download such software only from a Web site owned by the COMPANY or a Client. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION AND DISASSEMBLY. Client agrees that it will not attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt or decompile the GoPrint2 software.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. TRANSFER/SUBLICENSE. You may not transfer, sublicense, distribute, rent, lease, supply, market or lend the software to any other party. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. FILE NAMES. Client will not, and will not permit any third party to, change the name of the GoPrint2 printer driver without the COMPANY's prior written consent other than through the Go Print 2 wizard , available on the web site. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6. NO MODIFICATION. USER will not sell, rent, lease, modify, or translate the GoPrint2 software or operate the GoPrint2 software for the benefit of any third party (including, without limitation, operating the GoPrint2 Software on a time share, service provision, or any other basis that would permit USER to process PDF files for a third party).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. The COMPANY reserves all rights not expressly granted under the license agreement. Title to the GoPrint2 Software will remain with the COMPANY. USER agrees that those techniques, algorithms, and processes contained in the GoPrint2 Software hereunder constitute trade secret information of the COMPANY or of the COMPANY's third party supplier and will be used by USER only in accordance with the terms of this license agreement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8. TERM. This Agreement will become effective on the date the software is downloaded and installed onto a computer, and continue to be in effect until the termination under Section 9 below.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;9. TERMINATION. Upon cancellation, termination or expiration of the Agreement this agreement shall terminate. In addition, the COMPANY may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon providing USER with a notice of termination, and upon receiving such notice, USER shall immediately discontinue all use or copying of the GoPrint2 Software, except as expressly provided in this Agreement. Within ten (10) days of such termination, USER shall have: (a) returned to the COMPANY all copies of the GoPrint2 Software in its possession or under its control; (b) completely destroyed all copies of the GoPrint2 Software stored in any storage apparatus or media owned or controlled by USER; and, (c) presented to the COMPANY a certificate stating that all such copies of the GoPrint2 Software have been returned or destroyed. Sections 2 (No Reverse Engineering), 3 (File Names), 5 (No Modification), 6 (Reservation of Rights), 7 (Nondisclosure), 9 (No Supplier Liability), 10 (Indemnity), and 14 (Injunctive Relief) shall survive termination or expiration of the license agreement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10. NO CLIENT LIABILITY. The COMPANY does not make any warranties on behalf of its Clients. The COMPANY will have no liability to Client or USER related to this agreement. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;11. INDEMNITY. USER shall indemnify and hold the COMPANY harmless against any claim, loss, liability or damage, including lawyers' fees and other costs, including costs of litigation, arising out of USER’S transfer, use, disclosure or copying of GoPrint2 Software in violation of any provisions contained in the agreement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;12. NO ASSIGNMENT. Any right granted to USER hereunder is personal to USER, and USER may not assign or transfer any right or obligation that it may have under the agreement to any other party, and any attempt to do so shall be null and void.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;13. THIRD PARTIES. USER is hereby notified that the COMPANY, an Ontario corporation, located at 8400 Jane Street, Concord, Ontario L4K4L8 ("the COMPANY") is the provider of the GoPrint2 Service. USER agrees that there are third-party beneficiaries to terms of this Agreement that relate to USERS use of the GoPrint2 Service, which provisions are made expressly for the benefit of the COMPANY and are enforceable by the COMPANY.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;14. INJUNCTIVE RELIEF. In the event of USER'S failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the COMPANY shall have the right to injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy available to it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;15. TRIAL PERIODS. If the software was provided to USER at no charge, then the software may be used only for the time period specified by GoPrint2 at the time of product delivery (“Trial Period”), unless you purchase a further license to the software at the end of the Trial Period.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All title, copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trade secrets and trademarks) are owned by the COMPANY or its suppliers and licensors. You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the COMPANY. Without prejudice to any rights or remedies, the COMPANY may have for your violation of this Software License the COMPANY shall own all changes or modifications to the Software.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;17. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE COMPANY'S PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND, FOR THE PRODUCTS AND ANY OTHER MATERIAL PROVIDED TO THE END USER BY THE COMPANY INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE ERROR-FREE, THAT THEIR OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET ANY PARTICULAR USER REQUIREMENTS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY, AND PROVIDES NO ASSURANCE, THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS OF ANY REGULATORY AUTHORITY OR OTHER ASSOCIATION LICENSING AGENCY, WITHIN OR OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Except as specifically provided herein, neither the COMPANY, its affiliates, resellers, agents, or licensors, if any, shall be liable for any claim, demand or action arising out of, or relating to, the USER'S use of the PRODUCTS or the Company's performance of (or failure to perform) any obligation under this Agreement or for special, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages due to lost revenues or profits, business interruption, or other damages caused by USER'S inability to use the PRODUCTS, even if the COMPANY, its affiliates, resellers, agents, or licensors have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages, and whether or not such loss or damages is or are foreseeable.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;19. WAIVER. The failure by a party to exercise any right hereunder shall not operate as a waiver of such party's right to exercise such right or any other right in the future. &lt;/p&gt;
